Welcome, Students, to the Louisiana Speech-Language Hearing Association's (LSHA) student information page.

ATTENTION ALL NEW GRADUATES!!!

LSHA is very proud of our "Gift to the Graduate".  The "Gift to the Graduate" consists of free LSHA membership upon completion of a master's degree program.  For May and August graduates, the free membership is for the remainder of the calendar year in which graduation occurs.  December graduates are entitled to free LSHA membership for the calendar year following graduation.  To take advantage of this, all a student has to do is complete a LSHA membership form indicating the date of graduation and the degree.

If you are a prospective undergraduate or graduate student and would like information about academic programs, please visit our educational links page of state universities for information regarding contacts to these programs.
Annual Convention:

Students are welcome at the annual  LSHA convention. Fees are reduced to encourage student attendance. Student submissions for poster sessions are strongly encouraged. See issues of the LSHA Newsletter for the Call for Papers  or contact the LSHA office.

Student Membership:

If you are currently a student member of LSHA, great! If not.....the student membership fee is a low $20.00! We welcome input from students. Let us know how we can facilitate your professional growth. You can contact us at the LSHA address listed on the home page or simply print and complete the membership form to become a member today.
